Drawing a Rectangle in

a Diagram

This topic details how to use the drawing tools to add a rectangle to a diagram.

Procedure

1. Press Space Bar and enter Rectangle. The cursor changes to .

2. Click on the diagram to place the first corner of the rectangle.

3. Click on the diagram to place the opposite corner of the rectangle.Note In Capital Systems Modeler, if you click once on a port, connector or device before clicking to start drawing the graphic, the graphic is automatically associated with the object (that means, if the object is moved, the graphic moves with it).
