Drawing a Line in a Diagram

To use the drawing tools to add a line to a diagram:

Procedure

Press Space Bar and enter Line. The cursor changes to .
Click on the diagram, to place the first end of the line.
To insert a waypoint into the line, click once again on the diagram, otherwise, place the second end of the line by double-clicking, or by pressing Enter.Note In Capital E/E Publisher, if you click once on a pin, connector or device before clicking to start drawing the graphic, the graphic is automatically associated with the object. If the object is subsequently moved, the graphic moves with it.
