Referencing Another Rule

in a Rule

You can reference another rule within a rule.

Procedure

1. In the Define Rules facility, select the rule that you want to reference another rule and click Add Rule Ref.A list of available rules or rule libraries are displayed that have been defined in Capital Logic Designer or Capital Project Manager.

2. Select the rule to reference and click OK.

Results

The rule name is added to the Rule Contents window. An icon indicates a rule. You can select the referenced rule in the Rule Contents window to edit it.
