Adding a Comment Symbol

to a Diagram

To add a comment symbol, created in Capital Symbol Designer, to a diagram and how to associate the comment symbol with another object:

If the associated object is moved, the comment symbol moves to maintain its orientation to the object. Comment symbols can be used to add a build note to a diagram.

Procedure

1. Press Space Bar and enter Comment Symbol.The Symbol Selection Dialog appears.

2. In the tree, select the comment symbol.

3. Click OK. The comment symbol appears next to the cursor.

4. Move the cursor to position the symbol. Either:Click in free space so that the comment symbol is not associated with another object.

Click once on an object to create an association, and then click once where you want to position the symbol in relation to the associated object.
