Export Users Last Login Activity

You can export the last login activity details for all user accounts. Details are exported as a CSV (comma separated value) file, and contain the user account’s Full Name, Login Name, and Last Login Date attributes.

Note

The Last Login user account attribute is updated whenever a Capital executable is run.

Prerequisites

To be able to use this functionality, you must have an appropriate role with the permission Admin Security enabled. Of the start-up roles supplied, only User Administrator has this permission.

Procedure

Right-click the User Accounts folder in the browser tree and choose Export Users Last Login Activity. A save location dialog box displays.
Select a file location to export the last login activity data to, and click Export.

Results

The file is created in the chosen location with the default file name Users Last Login Activity.csv.
