Creating a Nested Overbraid

You can add an overbraid within an existing overbraid, enabling multiple overbraids to be applied to the same wires or multicores. Use this technique to author non-continuous overbraids, with each section of overbraid being applied as a child of the original application.

Procedure

Press Space Bar and enter Overbraids. The Edit Overbraids Dialog Box is displayed.
Select the overbraid to which you are adding a new child overbraid in the Selected list.
The overbraids that are selectable are displayed in the Available list. Select the overbraid, and then click Add. The selected overbraid appears in the Selected list, beneath the parent overbraid.
Click OK, to confirm the addition and close the dialog box.
