Bundle Configuration

Adding a Multi-Node Bundle

When you are manually adding bundles, specifying their dimensions and adding components (working in a build to print scenario for example) you can use a variety of actions to reduce the time taken to complete the task.

Procedure

You can use the following actions when adding the bundle, this video demonstrates these actions:

  • Shift+click to create an empty reference node on a bundle.

  • Ctrl+click to create an empty reference node on a bundle (which you can seamlessly populate with a component at a later point).

  • When you place the last node of the bundle run, after using either of the methods, the system automatically: Highlights each bundle segment in sequence and prompts you to specify its length (only applicable if you are Adding a Static Bundle). Additionally, for any node you added using the Ctrl+click method, the system then automatically: Highlights such nodes in sequence and prompts you specify the component to place.

  • Click to create a bundle grip point.

  • Backspace to remove the last placed node or grip point.
