Object Description
Allow Use A tick () indicates that the user can check out this license. You cannot change this setting here. It is controlled by the license policies that have been assigned to the user groups to which the user belongs, or to the user account directly. See License Policy.
License Name The license code.
Reason A description of why the user can or cannot check out this license. For example: None of the license policies from assigned user groups allow this license. License Policy: LicPol1 from User Group: UGrp1 allows this license. Note If there are multiple user groups and multiple license policies allowing use of the license, the description shows only one group and one license policy.

Note

You can click on a column header to sort it alphabetically or by selected/unselected. You can also hold your mouse cursor over a column header to display a () button. This displays options to hide, select, or filter the column. When a column is hidden, you can select an Unhide adjacent action on the columns next to it.
