Viewing Allowed Licenses

for a User Account

You can view the licenses that a particular user is able to use (check out).

Procedure

  1. In the browser tree in Capital Access Manager, right-click a user and choose View Allowed Licenses. The View Allowed Licenses Dialog Box displays.

  2. See the Allow Use column to identify which licenses are allowed for the user.Note A tick () indicates that the user can check out this license (read-only here). This setting is controlled by the license policies that have been assigned to the user account, or user groups to which the user belongs. If a user does not have any License Policy assigned, they can check out any license available in the installation. See Viewing Allowed Licenses for a User Account and License Policy.
