Edit Attached Data User Permissions

There are various user permissions related to editing attachments.

Permission Name	Description	Actions Impacted by Permission
Build Lists	The ability to attach data to a build list using extensibility in the Capital design tools or the Attachments tab in Capital Workspace.	Attach data, and delete and update data attached to build lists.
Designs	The ability to attach data to a design using extensibility in the Capital design tools or the Attachments tab in Capital Workspace.	Attach data, and delete and update data attached to build lists.
Project	The ability to attach data to a project using extensibility in the Capital design tools or the Attachments tab in Capital Workspace.	Attach data, and delete and update data attached to build lists.
