Editing the Module Code for a Wire, Shield or Multicore

You can specify or edit a pre-defined module code for a wire, shield or multicore in a Capital Systems Integrator design. If you have composite wiring synthesis with Generate Option Expressions selected, the system generates a module code for a wire or shield. You must edit module codes for multicores manually in the Module Code field.

Procedure

1. Select the wire, shield or multicore in the Design Browser (Design tab).

2. Either:Press Space Bar and enter Properties.

Right-click the object and choose Properties.

The Edit Properties Dialog Box displays.

3. In the Configuration section on the General tab, specify the module code in the Module field. Click the ellipsis (...) to select a pre-defined module code.

4. Click OK.
