Scale Dialog Box

To access: With a diagram open, press Space Bar and enter Physical Scale.

Use this dialog box to specify the physical scale of a topological diagram.

Description

The default lengths of the bundles as drawn in a Capital Systems Integrator diagram are based on the physical scale of the diagram. The physical scale is the distance between grid points which is used for calculating bundle lengths in the diagram.

The physical scale does not effect the size of the diagram when it is printed. You must set the project preferences to specify the scale for a printout of the diagram.

A skeleton graphic has a certain size but this size does not change even if the physical scale is changed - only the number of grid points that fit within the skeleton vary.
