Importing Pro Product Plan Data from Teamcenter Product Configurator
If features and availability rules have been entered into Teamcenter Product Configurator, you can use Capital Configuration Optimizer to import these as options and a pro product plan into Capital Systems Integrator.
Capital defines variability in plans whereas Teamcenter Product Configurator defines variability using Availability Rules.
For example, an Availability Rule may say a type of engine is available under certain conditions. That is, it is available but under restricted conditions.
The import translates these rules into optional options, default options, must-have restrictions, and so on. See the Results section of this topic for more details on how Teamcenter data is translated into Capital.

Your Teamcenter installation must be version 11.5 or later, or 12.1 or later. 12.0 is not supported.
You must have Capital Configuration Optimizer license. Note The system administrator enables access to add-on functionality (such as Capital E/E Insight) by using license policies and user groups (see “License Policy” in the Capital Access Manager User Guide. You must have configured the connection between Capital and Teamcenter, and made the connection active (that is, connected to Teamcenter). See “Configuring the Teamcenter Integration” in the Capital Connectors User Guide.
The appropriate project must be open in Capital Systems Integrator or Capital Platform Designer.
