Variant Option

A special classification of option that supports mechanical variations. Variants often describe a topology variation such as Left-hand Drive or Long Wheelbase. They sometimes describe a regional variation such as US, EU or Japan.

It is not mandatory to manage variant options - they are mostly used to separate data.
