Objects
| Object | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The role name. |
| Permissions | You can set permissions for each role or user account. Selecting a permission enables that function for the user. If a permission is not selected, the user will be unable to perform that function. Note For permission groups that have an expanding folder, selecting or clearing the group title option will automatically select or clear all of the permissions within that group. |
| Change Policy | Select a Change Policy from the drop-down selector field to apply to the role. Change policies are defined in Capital Project Manager and are used to control which object attributes and properties a user can interactively create, modify, and delete in the design tools of the Capital suite. |
