Editing a Ring Terminal

There are multiple ways you can edit a ring terminal on a harness design.

Procedure

1. Select one of the entities related to the ring terminal to be edited such as node at which it is placed or its symbol.

2. Either:Press Space Bar and enter Edit.

Right-click the selected entity and select Edit Ring Terminal.

Double-click the related entity.

The Edit Ring Terminal Dialog Box is displayed. Note Depending on Behavior settings specified at the Project level, you may be prohibited from creating or modifying certain object attributes and properties. These are displayed as read-only. In general, it is only Capital Logic Designer, topographical and electrical attributes and properties that are protected and these should be modified prior to import into Capital Harness Designer.

3. Make any changes required to the ring terminal attributes or properties.

4. Click OK.
