Importing ICD Data

You can import previously created ICD data in a .zip file. Two choices are offered when importing. Import replaces all existing data by overwriting it with the imported data. Alternatively, Import Merge enables selective updates to ICDs to be merged into the Capital Devices version allowing multiple users to manage different sections of the ICD without having their data overwritten.

Procedure

1. Open the ICD List window and click the icon to access More Options.
2. Select either Import or Import Merge from the options list. The Import ICD dialog box is displayed.
3. Navigate to the location from where you wish to import the .zip file and click Open.
4. A system message is displayed confirming successful import. Reload the web page to see the imported ICD.
