Element Type Diagramsettings Must Be Declared

When you import project or design data, the system displays a message that element type diagramsettings must be declared.

Causes

This occurs when you import data produced in a Capital installation running SP1408 into installations running an earlier Update.

This is due to changes in the DTD at SP1408.

Solution

Copy the project.dtd file supplied with SP1408 into the dtd directory of the Capital installation running the earlier Update.
