Accessing the Smart HTML Client Documentation

The viewing platform is provided in a self-contained HTML package. The package is viewable on any platform, within any standard web browser with or without internet connectivity. The HTML package is also supported on a Windows tablet device.

You can configure the viewing platform for access in either an online or off line mode. Both modes enable you to interact with the documentation through a web browser.

In online mode, the documentation package is uploaded onto a web server, and then accessed through a network connection. You are able to automatically view updates to the documentation once they have been loaded onto the server.

In off line mode, the documentation package is delivered in various ways, for example, shipped on a CD or a USB memory stick. You can then load the package onto a laptop, where it is stored and run locally. To access updates to the documentation package, load a new version of the package onto the device.

Procedure

To launch the Publisher Viewer run one of the following files located at the root of the documentation package folder:

• index.html - this will launch the Publisher Viewer configured to show one entry per design in the Navigation Panel.
• index1.html - this will launch the Publisher Viewer configured to break out the diagrams in each system and create one entry per diagram in the Navigation Panel.
