Exporting Configuration Settings

You can export all the settings on all the tabs of the Query and Generate Design dialog box, Schematic Diagram Generator dialog box, and New Generated Diagrams dialog box, to a configuration file.

Prerequisites

• You have opened the Query and Generate Design dialog box, Schematic Diagram Generator dialog box, or New Generated Diagrams dialog box and have completed all required fields on the dialog box tabs that you want to export to the configuration file for reuse.

Procedure

1. Click the Export button . A file chooser dialog box opens.

2. Navigate to the required location and save the file with the required name.

Results

• The configuration settings are saved to the JSON format file.

                         This is  the same format that is required for Query & Generate
                            Design and Generate Diagrams FEM tasks.
