Modeling the 3D

Cableway (Preliminary Routing)

You can use the Routing Systems Designer (RSD) functionality in NX to create the preliminary routing network using space reservation or stock items.

You can perform the following tasks in the 3D MCAD design.

Create network segments for the path that the cable is routed along.
Specify the width and height dimensions to reserve the geometric space available to fit the cables along the path.
Export the preliminary routing network to Capital Cable Router.
