Merged or Combined Content

Color Display

As you build up your merged or combined formboard, the harness displays in different colors to help you differentiate the differing content.

Merged Formboard

• When you use Place All, the process adds the member harness to the merged design and it is displayed using the style set definitions currently applied to the merged diagram.

• As you start to merge: Merged content displays using the style set definitions currently applied to the merged diagram.

Unmerged content displays in the color you assigned to the member diagram when you selected it on the Select Formboard Diagram Dialog Box.

Placed content displays in the color you assigned to the member diagram when you selected it on the Select Formboard Diagram dialog box.

Combined Formboard

• The process displays the harnesses using the style set definitions currently applied to the combined diagram.

Note

Use the Component Display Filter Dimmer to control the visibility of components and processed components on member designs as you place and merge them.
