Add Link Dialog Box

To access: Select the Smart Flow step to add a link to. Press the space bar and enter Link.

Used to create links to other diagrams, local files, or websites.

Objects

Field	Description
Flow / File / Web	Flow Select to create a link to another diagram. File Select to create a link to a PDF, HTML, or MP4 file. Web Select to create a link to a web page.
Title	Enter a title for the link you want to create.
Flow	Only displayed when the Flow radio button is selected. Click Find to display the Select Diagram dialog box. Select the required diagram in the tree and click Select.
File	Only displayed when the File radio button is selected. Enter the location of the PDF or HTML document, or video file (MP4 format only). Alternatively, click Browse and navigate to the required file in the Browse File dialog box. Note These files are pulled into the SmartFlow package on creation.
Address	Only displayed when the Web radio button is selected. Enter the URL of the required web page.
OK	Unavailable if no value or an invalid value is entered in the Flow, File, or Address field. Click to create the link.
