Using Properties on Module Codes

More information can be added to module codes in the form of properties and corresponding values. This functionality is only available using the API. For more information about developing and using extensibility plugins, see the PluginDevelopment.pdf file located in the doc\plugin folder of your Capital installation.

Using the API, properties can be specified for functional module codes, technical functional module codes, production module codes, and technical production module codes. They can be assigned to module codes at the design or project level.

Module code properties can be accessed by custom plugins for custom actions, DRCs, tables, and so on.

Module code properties are included when bridging data using Capital Connectors.

Any changes to module code properties will be captured during ECO Capture and Apply, and subsequently applied on the target.
