Generating Consolidated Reports

You can generate a single report that consolidates information from multiple harness designs.

Prerequisites

• Required parent project is open.

Procedure

1. Click the Consolidated Design Reports action on the Workflow > Reports ribbon. The Consolidated Reports Wizard Dialog Box “Design Selection” page displays.

Do this...

Generate the report for all designs in a build list.

Select the Build List option, and then select the required build list from the enabled dropdown list.

Generate the report for selected child designs.

Select the Composite Design option.

Click the enabled ellipsis button to open the “Composite Design Selection” dialog box. Select the required parent design and click OK. All the child designs of the selected parent display in the “Available” panel.

Use the Add / Remove controls to move the required child designs to the “Selected” panel.

Click Next The “Report Configuration” page displays

3. Use the check boxes to select and configure the reports you want to create. Click Next.The “Export Selection” page displays.

4. Specify a target folder location to save the report. Click Export.

Results

• The required report is created in the target folder.

• A link to the target folder displays in the Consolidated Reports tab in the Output Window.
