Wire Cutting Chart

This report lists all individual wires, and the lengths at which they need to be cut, on the selected design(s). For each wire, the following information is displayed:

• Name The unique identifier for the wire within the selected design.

• M Core The multicore to which the wire belongs, if applicable.

• Color The color of the wire insulation.

• Specification The wire spec.

• Material The material from which the wire core is made.

• Length The length to which the wire needs to be cut.

• Term 1 The terminal part to be applied to end 1 of the wire.

• Seal 1 The seal part to be applied to end 1 of the wire.

• Strip 1 The amount of insulation to be removed from end 1 of the wire.

• Term 2 The terminal part to be applied to end 2 of the wire.

• Seal 2 The seal part to be applied to end 2 of the wire.

• Strip 2 The amount of insulation to be removed from end 2 of the wire.

• CutbackEndA The amount of insulation to be removed from end A of the multicore.

• UntwistedLengthEndA The calculated untwisted length at end A of the multicore. See the Edit Multicore Dialog Box.

• CutbackEndB The amount of insulation to be removed from end B of the multicore.

• UntwistedLengthEndB The calculated untwisted length at end B of the multicore. See the “Edit Multicore Dialog Box”.
