Deleting a Pin from a Device

You can delete (remove) a pin from an existing device so that you can no longer use that pin.

Procedure

1. Select the device which you wish to edit from the Component Device List window and click the edit icon to access the edit mode. The Edit Device dialog box is displayed.
2. Click the > symbol in the Pins field.
3. Select the pin or pins you wish to remove; the fields below the table display the values for the pin.
4. Click the Delete icon.
5. Click the save icon to save your updates. The pin(s) specified are removed from the device.
