Parts Browser

The Parts Browser is located on the lower left side of the application window and is opened by clicking the Parts tab.

Used to access the Part Selection Dialog Box functionality to search for library parts and view their details. See Selecting a Component Part Number in the Part Selection Dialog Box.

For the following component types, you can also right‑click a row in the Parts table and select Create design object to add a component to a diagram with its library part details pre‑populated.

• Connectors

• Devices

• Multicores

• Nets

• Shield terminations

• Single lines

• Splices

• Wires

Tip

You can press Space Bar and enter Toggle Browser Area to show / hide the Parts Browser.
