Dialog Box and Field Reference

This chapter provides descriptions of all input dialog boxes available within Capital Project, broken down by usage category. For each dialog box the reference lists all fields with a full description of each field's function. Per KB extraction scope, only the top-level category structure is captured here (not every individual field) — refer to the live documentation for exhaustive field-by-field detail.

Top-level categories:

• Build List Dialog Boxes — dialogs for creating/editing Build Lists (defined option-selection sets representing a buildable product variant).
• Design Dialog Boxes — dialogs for creating, editing, and managing designs (including revisions, effectivity, ECOs, design folders, etc.).
• Miscellaneous Dialog Boxes — dialogs that don't fall into the other specific categories.
• Naming Dialog Boxes — dialogs for configuring default/advanced object naming schemes.
• Object Type Information Dialog Boxes — dialogs for defining/editing Object Type Information (OTI) at system or project level.
