Adding Extra Details to a Device

You can add extra details, such as an architectural cost, to a device, and save amendments into your component library.

Procedure

1. Select the device which you wish to edit from the Component Device List window and click the edit icon to access the edit mode. The Edit Device dialog box is displayed.

2. Click the > symbol in the Extra field.

3. Update the extra detail information as required.

   Note: Any extra details must have previously been defined in your library for the device.

4. Click the save icon to save your updates. The extra details specified are added to the device and saved in the Component Library.
