Manage License Policies Dialog
Box
To access: Right-click the License Policies node in the Capital Access Manager browser tree and choose New. Alternatively, in the Capital Access Manager browser tree, either double-click a license policy, or right-click it and choose Edit.
Used to specify which licenses can be used in a license policy. That is, which licenses can be checked out by a user account, or an account in a user group, to which the license policy is assigned.

Objects
| Object | Description |
|---|---|
| Policy Name | A unique name for the license policy. |
| Allow Use | Select this if the license can be used in the license policy. That is, it can be checked out by a user in a user group to which the license policy is assigned. |
| License | The license code. |
| Description | A short description of what functionality is enabled by the license. |
| Functional Description | A longer description of what functionality is enabled by the license. |
| License ID | A license number used in log files. This is not a part number. |
Note
You can click on a column header to sort it alphabetically or by selected/unselected. You can also hold your mouse cursor over a column header to display a () button. This displays options to filter the column.
