Resizing Spot Tape - Single

Side

You can increase or decrease the distance from the bundle to which a spot tape symbol extends for a single side of the spot tape symbol.

Procedure

1. Either:Right-click the spot tape to be resized, either on the diagram or in the Harness Design Browser, and select Resize Single Side.

Select the spot tape to be resized, and then press Space Bar and enter Resize Single Side.

A button bar is displayed, and an arrow is added, extending perpendicular to the bundle and adjacent to the spot tape, indicating the side of the spot tape selected for resizing. Click the button or Right-click > Reverse Direction to toggle between the two sides of the insulation, as indicated by the position of the arrow.

2. Click the plus (+) button to increase the size of the spot tape a single step; click the minus (-) button to decrease it by the same amount.

                A ghost line dynamically indicates the resizing.

3. Press Enter, double-click the button bar or Right-click > Commit to confirm.
