Smart Flows

You can use Smart Flows to capture processes and work flows in a hierarchical and interactive format with links to supporting material such as PDF files, videos, online help and web pages.

Smart Flows are created in Capital Logic Designer and can then be generated into a Smart Flow package in Capital E/E Publisher, as shown in Figure 143. Smart Flow packages contain the process/flow information together with the supporting material and can be viewed in a web browser.

Figure 144 shows an example Smart Flow as it appears in a web browser. The flow is divided into multiple levels with directional transitions between steps.
