Export Users Historical Login Activity

You can export user session activities (application login and logout times) for all user accounts. Details are exported as a CSV (comma separated value) file, and contain a user account’s Full Name, their Login and Logout times, and which application was used.

Note

By default Capital is configured to register a user's login and logout information when an application is used. To turn off this setting, or to configure the use of certain applications not to be recorded, see use of the 'usersessionlogging' parameter in The managerprops.xml File Format in the Capital Configuration Files Reference Guide.

Prerequisites

• The action to export this data is available only to user administrator accounts.

Procedure

1. Right-click the User Accounts folder in the browser tree and choose Export Users Historical Login Activity. A save location dialog box displays.

2. Select a file location to export the historical login activity data to, and click Export.

Results

The file is created in the chosen location with the default file name Users Historical Login Activity.csv.
