Accessing the Dictionary

You can access the dictionary in Capital Devices and use the functionality to define and manage entries.

Procedure

1. Click the icon to access the dictionary.

A window is displayed showing a list of available entries for system designs, devices and nets.

2. Click V in the entry heading to expand the panel and access its functionality.

Further options exist depending on whether you wish to create a new entry or delete an existing one.

• Click the create icon to create a new entry.
• Click the delete icon to delete an entry.
• Click Unlock Table or Lock Table to set whether you can edit values in the table or not.
