3D Electrical Design Interface in CATIA V5

The 3D Electrical Design interface is divided into discrete areas, each offering consistent functionality in both CATIA v5 and Capital.

#	Component	Description
1	Menu bar	Contains commonly used commands in dropdown menus, including the Capital menu, where you can select to open the Capital Navigator.
2	Capital navigator window	Gives access to Capital design and wiring. Contains the following: Design Browser Wiring Browser
3	Geometry area	Displays the CATIA v5 model.
4	Electrical diagram window	Displays the Capital diagram.
5	Capital Workbench	Shows the Wiring Integrator toolbar with various 3D Electrical Design commands.
6	Capital output window	Displays various tabs related to particular actions:. Sync Tab Routing Assistant Design Rule Checks Output Window

Cross-highlighting

Selecting an object in either the Capital navigator window, the geometry area, or the electrical diagram window will highlight it in the other windows.
