Copying User Roles

You can copy user roles from an existing project to set up the user roles in your routing project.

Procedure

1. Double-click General administration > User Administration > Maintain & Copy User Roles.The Copying User Roles window is displayed.

2. Click the By Project tab.

3. Click the left-hand Roles for Project dropdown list and select the project to copy the roles from.

4. Click the right-hand Roles for Project dropdown list and select the project to copy the roles to.

5. Click the Add button () to copy individual user roles to your selected project.

6. (Optional) Click Copy All to copy all the user roles.The user roles are displayed in the right-hand pane.

7. Click the Save button () to save the values to the routing project.

8. Click the Close button () to close the Copying User Roles window.
