Deleting a

Functional Modular Harness Design

You can delete a functional module design from the database. The ability to delete a functional module design may depend on its release level, and the behaviors assigned to that release level in Capital Project Manager.

Procedure

Navigate to the functional module design you want to delete in the Project browser, right-click and select Delete.
Select from the following actions:Note If you delete all functional module designs from the Functional Modules folder, the folder will be deleted.

Then...

The system identifies that the design you have selected is associated to more than one parent.

The Confirm Delete message box displays. Click Manage Child Modules to open the Manage Module Associations Dialog Box and remove the relevant design from its currently associated parent. The design will remain associated to its other parents.

Click Delete from All to delete the design and remove its associations with all its parents.

The system identifies that design you have selected is only associated to a single parent.

The Confirm Delete message box displays. Click Delete to delete the selected design.

You have selected multiple designs.

The Confirm Delete message box displays. Click Delete all to delete all selected designs.
