Collaborate User Permissions

There are various user permissions related to Collaborate functionality.

Permission Name	Description	Actions Impacted by Permission
Administration	The ability to edit, delete and resolve all existing Collaborate comments, checklists, and notes, including content created by other users.	Manage Notifications Create Checklist, Note, Comment Delete Checklist, Note, Comment created by any user or own Edit Checklist, Note, Comment created by any user or own Resolve Checklist, Note, Comment created by any user or own Reply to Comments Creation, deletion, editing of notes, checklists, and comments of any user from external API action
Edit Checklists	The ability to: Create, resolve, and reopen any checklist items. Edit and delete only your own checklist items.	Create new checklist Resolve existing checklist Reopen existing checklist Edit of existing checklist by the owner who created it Deletion of existing checklist by the owner who created it Creation, editing, and deletion of own checklist from external API action Resolve, re-open of checklist from external API action
Edit Comments	The ability to: Create, reply to, resolve and reopen any comments. Edit and delete only your own comments. Edit Links	The ability to create links on Capital design objects to external data, like requirements in Teamcenter or Polarion.	Linking of requirement object either from Teamcenter or Polarion to Capital objects like Design and connectivity objects. See Using Requirements Linking.
