Prerequisite: custom constraint for pin mapping

Important: a platform constraint must be applied to your Platform Design before Pin Mapping will occur. This ensures Pin Mapping actually engages for the design.

Without this custom constraint added to the Platform Design, the Pin Mapping features described in Pin Mapping overview will not activate, even though the plugin is installed correctly. This is the single most common reason Connectivity Hub appears to "not work" after a fresh install — check this constraint first before troubleshooting further.
