Disassociating a Modular

Insert

You can break the association between a sub-connector and its modular parent, leaving the sub-connector as an independent connector on the design.

Procedure

  1. Right-click the sub-connector to be disassociated (either on the diagram or in the Harness Design Browser) and select Disassociate Connector.

  2. The connector, structure node and zero-length bundle remain on the design, but the connector is now no longer associated with the modular parent.
