Capital Systems Modeler
- Connectivity DRCs
There are particular design rule checks related to connectivity that you can run for a Capital Systems Modeler design.
Signal/message
not terminating at a port
Identifies signals or messages that are not terminated at one or more ends.
| Messages | Variables |
|---|---|
| {1} {0} must be connected to at least two ports | {1} - Object type (Signal or Message) {0}- Signal or Message Name |
Unconnected
function
Identifies functions that are not connected to any signals on the design.
| Messages | Variables |
|---|---|
| {1} {0} is unconnected | {1} - Object Type - Function {0} - Link for Function |
Hierarchical
block connectivity does not match with associated design
Identifies where block connectivity, including numbers of ports, differs from the connectivity specified in the associated design.
| Messages | Variables |
|---|---|
| One or more signals between block {0} and block {1} have no route. Please add the missing highway interface. | {0} - Block name {1} - Block name |
| Highways connected between block {0} and block {1} do not route any signals. Please ensure the target designs use some common shared signals. | {0} - Block name {1} - Name |
