Deleting an Overbraid

There are multiple ways to remove an overbraid from a harness design.

Procedure

1. Select an overbraid in the Harness Design Browser, and then either:Press Space Bar and enter Delete.

Right-click the overbraid and select Delete.

Press the Delete key. Note Depending on Behavior settings specified at Project level, you may be prohibited from deleting certain object attributes and properties. These are displayed as read‑only.

2. The overbraid is removed from the Harness Design browser, the overbraids table, and from the harness wire table.Note Overbraids can also be deleted from within the Edit Overbraids Dialog Box; with an overbraid selected in the Selected list, click the Delete button, and then click OK.
