Adding a Footnote

You can add a footnote to an object in a diagram.

Procedure

1. Select the object you want to add a footnote to. Press Space Bar and enter Footnote.The Add Footnote Dialog Box displays.

2. Enter an Index for the footnote.

3. Enter the footnote text in the Footnote field.

4. Click OK.

Results

• The footnote is added to the object and to the Links Tab.
