Symbol Library User Permissions

There are various user permissions related to managing symbol libraries.

Edit Symbol Library	The ability to modify and/or delete symbols and symbol libraries in Capital Symbol Designer. A warning message is displayed in the output window if you attempt an edit or delete action without the Edit Symbol Library permission set.
