Adding a Wire Marker

You can specify the location to attach a marker to a wire, and the marker text to be printed.

See the Markers section to create markers automatically using constraints.

Procedure

1. Either:Press Space Bar and enter Wires.

Right-click a wire in the Harness Design Browser and select Wires.

The Edit Wires Dialog Box opens.

2. Choose a wire from the Wires list, and then click the Additional Info tab.

3. In the Wire Markers table, select the marker row to change (based on the Position).

4. Select the Overridden check box, to enable manual entries.

5. Specify the following parameters:Color Code

Spacing

Marker Text

6. Click Apply, and then click Close.
