New Plan or Edit Plan Dialog

To access: Right-click the Plans node in the Project Browser window on the upper left of the application and choose New Plan or right-click a plan under that node and choose Edit.

Used to edit the name, type, and description properties of a basic plan or pro product plan.

Note

You can also go to the Automate tab of the ribbon at the top of the application, and select New Plan from the Complexity dropdown. If a plan is associated with the open design already, then Open Plan is displayed instead. That action will open the associated plan for editing, not create a new one.

Objects

Object	Description
Name	Enter the name of the plan.
Type	Select the type of plan: Basic - Simple Vehicle Models See Basic Plan. Pro - Full Product Plan See Pro Product Plan. Note Pro - Full Product Plan is available only if you have a Capital Configuration Optimizer license and it is enabled. When editing an existing plan, you cannot change this.
Short Description	A brief description of the plan.
Description	A longer description of the plan.
Associated Design(s)	The designs with which the plan is associated. Read-only.
